covered thing, the Birth Control Pill is not. Explain that!
oh, and I work for an insurance agency (not for much longer hopefully). The
whole pre-hire drug-testing thing is really so that companies can get kick
backs (i.e. premium "dividends").
not that i'm opposed to pre-hire drug testing say if you are a PILOT, or a
SURGEON. Don't take that as an endorsement of the fascist practice, but as
a plausible practicality.
