OC has gone through some pretty major layoffs the past month
or two. High flyer CNXT is reporting 40% sales below last
year's numbers for the same quarter. Also, analysts say
that their semiconductor company focused on consumer
chips needs to be spun off to ensure the success of the
company. The spinoff division's revenues are down over 50%.
They are expecting layoffs.

I'd say short the stock, but it's trading around $10 anyways.
