Please READ THE ENTIRE SEQUENCE BELOW. Hopefully you
will realise that you have sent me the exact same response
twice, and neither time (obviously!) did it answer my question.
Maybe three times ia a charm? Can a HUMAN BEING read my request
and give me a real response? I am a customer, you know!
