PS - just for the record, my personal values for B are low and for C  
and c are high for almost all laws these days, even (sadly, fills me  
with nostalgia) such things as pressing the pedal while passing the  
local elementary school.  But this is a(n attempt, at least, at a)  
rational economic decision, not because I acknowledge the mystical  
power of The Law.
