Or, you know, no one will have done anything so there will be no impact...

Luis (chugging energy on his not-so-efficient laptop with the
not-so-efficient 42" plasma going on in the background. At least we're
voluntarily paying an extra 5% or so to subsidize wind power for 'our'
use...)
