Somewhat ironically, in pontificating about Death Spirals, Eli proves  
himself to be something akin to a continuous, ongoing Overpost  
Armageddon. ;-)  Fascinating nonetheless, and --- pains me somewhat  
to say it, but perhaps even *useful* in some limited sense.
