It's difficult to imagine the league table from the "world map of
happiness" is meant for much more than Entertainment Purposes Only.
(how about http://www.sasi.group.shef.ac.uk/worldmapper/, instead?)
The "SWL" ratings, such as 273.33, are given to 5 significant places,
yet there are only 4 different scores among the "top" dozen countries.
Down around the USA, alphabetical order explains the entire supposed
difference between "16. Antigua" and "25. Venezuela" -- and by this
point, the table has only had six distinct values.
It's appropriate that it's a psychologist who holds this excel paste to
be "data"; feel free to comment on it, but any narrow conclusions drawn
from such an ink blot probably say much more about the commentator than
about the world.
yet another GIGO: Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland, Austria, and Finland
