What's wrong with having 13 planets?

Under this scheme, there would be 13 planets:

Mercury
Venus
Earth
Mars
Ceres
Jupiter
Saturn
Uranus
Neptune
Pluto
Varuna
Quaoar
and the newly discovered KBO at least the size of Quaoar.

The cutoff of 700 km was suggested because it is about the smallest 
object that could be compacted by gravity into a spheroid.
