"used in the Middle East"? Duh -- and Europe, Australia, SE Asia,
in fact most of the rest of the world, as far as I know.
Plus there's the fact that the existing infrastructure (or what's left of
it) in Iraq would be running GSM.
Yeesh. Are IDG really that clueless?
