Collaborative Publishing and Project Knowledge Base/Documents: What's better than TWiki?

I've used the MoinMoin Wiki on several projects now, and find
it works very well. It has done change tracking for years.
Some of its other features are (a) easy to install, and
virtually no administration outside of typical Wiki refactoring,
(b) pages are maintained as separate text files, and (c) style
sheets and user preferences. I have no idea how it compares
with Twiki. Here's its project page:
