Yeah, I think the standard is 9. Every alarm clock I've ever had has been
9. However, my roommate in college had an amazing alarm clock that was 5,
10, 15 or 20 depending on how many times you pressed the snooze button. I
always thought that was a brilliant idea. But, of course, this was the
same roommate who would sleep through that alarm for hours (not an
exaggeration) and the alarm would just keep beeping. It's a good thing we
gave him the bedroom on the other side of the house.
