I called and cancelled my earthlink account. They
never completed the cancellation on what I suspect is
on purpose even though they asked me explicitly why
I was cancelling the account.
They keep no record of customer service billing calls.
They have no record of me ever calling earthlink customer
Due to their mistake, they have continued to bill my
What a pain in the ass. What sucks is they can't handle
cancelling my Omnisky account (who they acquired).
