Can't say I've seen it done all that much. The obvious answer is
to add the icons to the appropriate .nib and handle them by .lproj -
Problem is that several of the languages are quite multi-
hemispherical, and with the predominance of English, the ideal would
be to have at least 4 of them and choose programmatically according
to GMT/UCT offset.
