IBM, Netscape, Oracle, and Sun collaboration.

I heard a rumor that IBM, Netscape, Oracle, and Sun are collaborating
to create seamless network computing standards that will enable products
to connect computers via networks regardless of operating system.

I guess this would be an attempt to prevent Microsoft from dictating
standards for software to be Windows-only-compliant.

Anyone else have information on this?
