It must be cool to spend that much of Other People's Money. And it also
means all and sundry who might have ever crossed the path of the ARPA-bound
better bundle up for a cold funding season :=)
Rumor has it his tenure request was denied, so this is the
onward-and-upward move. And it's no slouch of a position, it sounds like an
excellent platform.
