Netscape moves to WebNFS camp

I wish there were SOMETHING I agreed with Netscape on. Well, they *have*
decided to support CSS, a bit. Someday my PICS will come, too I bet :-)

Netscape Supports Important SunSoft Standards
Another flare-up in the Netscape-Microsoft browser battle. In new intranet
collaboration, Netscape will support SunSoft's WebNFS Internet file system
on its Navigator browser, as well as on Communicator client software, the
SuiteSpot intranet server family and the Netscape ONE platform. Netscape
will also provide interoperability between its Netscape ONE platform and
SunSoft's Joe software, which connects Java applets running on desktops to
business apps running on servers. Netscape move to incorporate technologies
a direct affront to rival Microsoft standards
