To the Red Eye Readers:
I would like to take this moment to send you all an apology
for the e-mail you received Friday, September 3rd. This
e-mail was incorrectly titled as a "Red Eye" and sent to the
entire Red Eye database. I personally paid for the one-time
use of a subscriber list from the Red Herring database that
is occasionally sold to associations relevant to select
subscribers.
As you all know, I have strong political ties to
Presidential candidate George W. Bush, however these are not
the opinions of Red Herring Communications nor do they
influence the journalistic ethics of any of the editorial
properties of Red Herring Communications.
I apologize for the miscommunication and hope it did not
cause any irritation or confusion.
