One of my favorite movies. The German woman character transforms throughout
the movie, too; it seems as she sheds her buttoned-up, no frills suit for the
girlish cotton frocks (there's a word I never use but have read in a hundred
teenage grrly romances) she becomes what she wears.

How old is that movie? I saw it on tape around five years ago.
