Kind of like IP based security on Web servers.
Each phone is a server and it rejects clients attempting to connect.
And then you could add logins to phones, so that I know 'who' it is,
regardless of what number they are calling from... and then you could add
certificates in smart cards to make it secure... and then... and then...
