Congress voted to release it on the Internet, so any
indictment of Starr is misguided, and an indictment of the US
government would be more in order. Are they saying that they
have an Internet decency law that punishes the author and not
the publisher? Despite being truly embarrased to be an American
over this whole incident, I am sure glad I don't live under the
German legal system. How's that for flag waving?
