"diff" utilities & y2k compliance

This came to me today... (for FoRK readers -- tkdiff is a little tcl/tk
script I wrote & gave away on the net for doing a "graphical" diff; if
you care, info is at http://www.ipass.net/~klassa/tkdiff). Anyway, I
had to chuckle.

I hate to ask for another favor, but the looming year 2000 issue will
eventually consume us all. (I'm beginning to think that Cobol will
be more profitable than C for the next 2 years......) Is the v1.0
(production) issue of tkdiff year 2000 compliant? How do I know if
Tcl/Tk is year 2000 compliant?
