Judge Orders Microsoft to Stop Bundling Explorer and Windows

WASHINGTON -- A federal judge ordered </inap-bin/bb?sym=msft&page=15>
Microsoft Corp. Thursday to stop a controversial practice of requiring
computer makers to distribute its Web-browsing software, Internet Explorer
along with its operating-system software. The judge, however, rejected a
Justice Department request to fine the software giant.
