Don't know where he stands on the issue, but I have a feeling the Reps
will put up Jack Kemp (keeping fingers crossed), and he seems very
much a moderate, and comfortable with tech. I can't see him being a
fascist. Unfortunately, the far-right, mostly technophobic,
powers-that-be will probably object to him as not conservative enough.
