California's attorney general Lungren initiated a lawsuit
of up to a billion dollars against BofA 6 months ago in which
they reserved the right to delicense BofA in California for
defrauding up to 30 county, city, and municipality governments
by not returning bond yields to them over a 10 year period.
No resolution yet, but I think they will have to change their
name to BofMostlyA
