We've been funding much more dubious UN interventions for years.
Maybe it's those back dues that are the problem.
I say we get some veteran peace-keepers from Beirut, Bosnia, and
Northern Ireland over here to supervise "free and fair" elections.
Claims that Oregon and Florida are intractable problems compared to
Kosovo just won't wash.
Yes, I'm on vacation at the office again this week. Shows, doesn't
it.
