IN the late sixties and early seventies there were a spat of films that
reeked of groovydom, or love man, of indian beads and letting it all hang
out. It was the commercialization of the hippies. If hollywood had it way
WOODSTOCK the film would have been recut to include a sub plot of Walter
Mathau and Goldie Hawn havng a cross generational romance admist the sea
of luv and fashion.

Its happened before, and the consumer willing , it will happen again and
again and again. Any sort of underground or off center niche that surfaces
up to the meet the main stream will most likely be washed down wholesale.

Dilbert being embraced by managers along side Inside Editon
stories of Love/The EVils of the Internet (consult your local listings for
this weeks stance) being taken in like Ben and Jerries after a Dead
Show...

Can you blame the esablishment when they are beeing feed by the consuming
mass public? Lets face it, the planet is mostly home to sheeple, the 97
percent, THEM, whatever your term for it is.

In the land of lepers the man with the most fingers is just plan weird and
to be avoided.
