All justicies of the US Supreme court found the "Communications Decency
Act" unconsitutional and effectively upheld the previous unanimous US
Appeals Court ruling. The decision was actually split 7-2 with two
justicies finding a more limited invalidity while 7 justices fully upheld
the appeals court. See:
