You must be drainin' the fish a little to eagerly. You've flushed too
many bits.

1) Dan fwded a post about how out-of date AV was, due to the search engine
co's collective white lie about the impossiblity of scaling alongside the Web

2) Scooter *is* continuously indexing. The DB itself was only being updated
every week or somesuch, but they have some guys working on efficient
db record inserts. The problem is #1: no one can index the Web.

Sigh, means I should go put an indexer on FoRK, if it gets worse. I'm
not motivated because, heck, I can go and grep it. I, for example,
know the unfortunate truth that "smegma" has not been introduced to
FoRK until Joe3 mentioned it. Now I fear that it will spread like
kudzu, freed of any competing predator tasteless-jargon like, say,
"squick". Oh wait, there it is...
