I know Canada is one of those northern states, up around Montana or
Saskatachawatchawhatever, but I couldn't find it on my USA map. Did we
rename it to something else? Maybe that's why there are two Dakotas, one
of them is really Canada? I can never keep this stuff straight.

I'll just add one more plug here for Infinite Jest - in which Canada and
the US form the Organization of North American Nations (ONAN), and USA
cedes New England to Canada, but only so that it can be used as a giant
toxic dump.
