So what. In Las Vegas, you can hear the ATC on the radio (actually, it is tower
communication). There is even a sign close to the airport that tells you the
frequency.
Anyway, you can buy a scanner or transceiver for a couple 100 bucks and listen
in.
United transmits ATC traffic on the inflight entertainment system as well.

As a pilot, I just had to comment...
