If you deleted NT completely, the boot.ini file won't help, because the NT
loader handles the boot.ini file.
If you just need Windoze 95, you can boot off a Win95 boot disk (like the
emergency boot, that everybody dealing with MS products should have), and from
there, do sys c:

In any case, this is my boot.ini:
timeout=3
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINNT
[Operating Systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINNT="Windows NT Workstation Version 4.00"
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINNT="Windows NT Workstation Version 4.00
[VGA mode]" /basevideo /sos
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Windows NT Workstation Version 4.00
on C:"
C:\="MS-DOS on C:"

Hope it helps
