web design/system admin job

One of my clients is looking to fill two open positions, one part-time, one
full-time. The jobs both entail basically the same thing:

-web design
-system admin.
-unix
-networking

That kind of stuff. Don't know what the pay is. They are located in
beautiful downtown Laurel, MD, (about 25 minutes from the heart of DC).
They are very cool to work for, some of their people don't even get to work
until 1:00 p.m.

The company is a multi-media group that also produces a show on NPR called
Soundprint.
