24-26 GHz is awfully close to infrared, isn't it! A digestion fee?
Why not, there's an intake fee and various conspicuous metabolism
fines, fees and licenses...HK pollution tax? Sometimes consort tax, too;

mostly in an ostentatious call on managing the right-of-way of basic
metabolic services for the landowners.
