Sony's request for an injunction against Connectix over their Playstation
Emulator for the Mac has been rejected!
In what is being called at least a minor victory for emulation fans, a
judge in San Francisco has rejected Sony's request to block shipment of
Connectix's Virtual GameStation emulator for the Mac. While this does't
mean the entire lawsuit is over, this is still encouraging. Quoting
Connectix directly from the article: "We will continue to fight for the
