Bill gates steps down, hands the CEO over to Steve Ballmer. Kind of
frightening to hear the press conference, Gates was focusing mostly on the
software leapping ahead from where it is now, and how his role as Chief
Software Architect will enhance M$'s current status. Interesting to see all
this happen amidst the other big changes and corporate upheavals in this
week alone. As a friend said, all the excrement contacted the air
circulation device.
