The only reason I am posting this is because Rohit and Jim need
to stop by and meet Ogden.

Like most of the eBuilt PR for this and last month, this is describing
something that happened five months ago. I get announced next week
as joining the board.

of industrial-strength e-businesses, announced that Dr. Ogden M. Forbes has
joined the company as director of ePlans. In this position, he is
responsible for directing the ePlans division to assist emerging e-business
ventures in communicating their visions by authoring and enhancing their

Forbes has more than 14 years of Internet work-related experience in
research, analysis, development, testing and marketing. He has researched
and produced more than 30 e-business plans, many of which have received

officer for Shopping.com from its inception in 1997 to its sale in 1999 for

(NYSE: CPQ), which is now majority-owned by CMGI, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMGI). Prior
to Shopping.com, Forbes served as vice president of research for Log-On Data
Corporation, an Internet software company, and as an information specialist
at Pepperdine University. He is an active international public speaker at
Internet-related conferences, and has been featured and quoted in many
industry publications.

Forbes earned a masters degree and doctorate degree in education from the
University of San Francisco. He has earned a masters degree from Claremont
Graduate School in California, and a bachelor of arts degree from the
University of California, Davis. Dr. Forbes wrote his doctoral dissertation
on "The Political History of the Internet." He is currently pursuing an
Executive MBA at the University of California, Irvine, Graduate School of
Business and Management. Forbes is a former United States naval officer, and
a member of the board for the Southern California Hemophilia Foundation.
