Freedom of speech is not absolute. If I threaten to kill you and you believe
that you are in imminent danger of bodily harm, then I am guilty of assault,
a good old fashioned crime based in common law. It doesn't matter if I tell
you face-to-face, via phone, email, or semaphore flags, as long as you
believe that the danger is in fact imminent.

(Is there a lawyer in the house?)
