Heh heh. Confession time. Last year on Jan. 1 when we realized that
Techdirt wasn't exactly Y2K compliant, our quick fix was to hard code the
year. Luckily, we remembered that this last Thursday and realized it might
cause problems today, and implemented a real fix (as yet untested for 2001).
