Of he several possible futures i had always played with concerning the
Soviet States this is one of the ones I never realy liked.

having played enough sims and old Avalon Hill style games there is one
thing to be sure of a situation like this...if a vaccum in the power
hierarchy is left open too long SOMETHING will fill the spot. Now if its
something like the possible one listed above, or its something guided by
other hands, that is the real question to be asked?

Now look around the globe. Who is it that is seemingly teeming with excess
power and a overlarge powerbase? Who is it seeking, or should be seeking,
a readjustment of both location and popular support bases?

Can anyone say Czar Gates?

(is it any wonder the Close Comabt 3 is about the russian front?)
