Want to show your wife that you love her? Learn to change a diaper. And then
do it, empty the diaper pail/trash can, clean up the spit up. Even without
being asked. Your wife will appreciate it. It will be good for your soul.

I remember a college friend, visiting with his wife and new baby, years back.
The baby needed a change and he started to do it, then backed out, saying,
"I can't do this. It's too gross." He is a doctor. He went through gross
anatomy lab, surgery rotations, et cetera. But diarrhea did him in? Nah. He
was just too selfish to be bothered.
