Ok, so Monica blew Clinton something like 12 times in 15 months. (Not
really a *lot* of action if you ask me) Clinton says to Monica one day over
rug burn talk that a blow job isn't sexual relations. I would have to in
some ways agree. Let's look at the old roadies axiom, "blow job for back
stage pass." Where those girls trying to get backstage to David Lee or
Steven Tyler or even Tommy Lee having sexual relations with the guy at the
door? Is the ex boyfriend that comes over and hangs around and the only
thing that will get rid of him is quick bj a sexual relation? And is the
girl that blows the boss once every month or so having a sexual relation
with him?

So that is what it's going to come down to.
