The whole of the Open Source, Free, whatever debates boils down to
this....

Is your source open for anyone to use as They see fit?

No restrictions.
No cluases.
No set of blessed uses.

If its not then its not Open, its just NOT SHUT TIGHT. Calling something
the NSTS trips the tongue, so lets call it Not shUt Tight Software or
NUTS.

Most of the flavors of NUTS all boil down to pretty much the same thing,
you can use the source IF and ONLY IF you do it like this, this and this.

Cracking open the vise grip of NoSourceSoftware is a great goal, but as we
can see waving a banner called OpenSource(readthefineprint) is a little
short of the goals intent.
