While many of the subscribers to xml-dist-app
may be interested in this article, it's
not relevant to the stated purpose of this forum:

        "This forum is for discussion of XML in distributed
        applications, network protocols, and messaging systems. [...]

        This page is being used, in part, to discuss XML protocol
        requirements and compare several current protocols.
        We encourage participants to contribute requirements and use
        cases that will help scope XML protocol discussions."

Please don't degrade the utility of this forum by straying
from its scope.
