Retracement: The thing that blew my mind wasn't so much the paper or the basic
arguments it presents, but rather that Reiser is advocating an *evolutionary*
approach here. No revolution necessary, just add code. The man has working
code, a best-of-breed filesystem implementation for *ixes which he intends to
evolve in this direction over time. Woo woo! :-)
