I'm curious about the legal details here --- my impression had been
that you were a British citizen living in France, so I'm not sure I
see how the NSA itself (as opposed to, say, its tightly allied sister
agencies in Europe) could claim legal jurisdiction over your actions.

Perhaps someone was publishing your work from within the States...
