In addition to the ones JoeBar mentions in Livermore (south / east
bay), Milpitas and Union City, I have been to one in Vallejo, off
Hwy 80 on the way to Napa. :) My folks live up that way.
That WalMart store is on Sonoma Blvd., not far from the 80 East /
Hwy 37 exchange. I'm not sure it's open 24 hours.
