like a United Way for taxation? cool. what percentage do you want to pay
for administration? because with united way, instead of donating directly to
the charity of your choice, each one with its own administrative %, you get
to pay an additional handling fee to united way, who charges (IMO) an
additional premium. double your pleasure, man.

(i think american businesses - and EVERYTHNG is a business - have stealth
vat, come to think of it.)
