Well, I'm using Pine 4.10 and it does exactly that. Properly MIMEd HTML
mail gets rendered (with the Lynx engine, I assume), and if you "click" on
a link with the Enter key, it will pull up the website in the browser of
your choice. The only setup required was giving Pine the path to your web
browser. I use Lynx, but you can define /usr/local/bin/mozilla if you
want.
